A new initiative has been launched by co2balance to help businesses work together to combat the growing threat of climate change.  

The new “CarbonZero Federation” is a group of companies who have either offset their operational carbon dioxide emissions to become “CarbonZero”, or offer products or services that are CarbonZero. The Federation works as on online directory, supplying businesses with information about other companies that have climate awareness built in.  

The Federation will help companies to “green” their supply chain, providing a model of sustainability that has been difficult to achieve until now.  Companies that have offset carbon emissions orginating from their own business are becoming increasingly aware of the impact they can have on their own supply chain, and many want to work with other companies that have made the same commitment to the environment.  

The CarbonZero Federation will work as a networking activity between CarbonZero companies looking for like-minded “eco” companies to work with and to showcase the work that they do.  For more information on the CarbonZero Federation, please click here.
